Episode 17: Worrells

In this week’s episode Jo speaks with Stephen Hundy who is a partner at the insolvency firm Worrells.  Stephen leads the Canberra and Wollongong offices and is an expert in corporate and personal insolvency having worked in this area since 1995.  Stephen and Jo discuss the difference between liquidation and bankruptcy, explaining the implications of each which they try to take some of the fear out of these options.  With Jobkeeper and other stimulus money coming to an end there will be no other options for some businesses and having a clear understanding of you options is very important.
